NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-12412 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 14th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 14-C, ORANGE TREE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 20-27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 10, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4852, PAGE 492-545, AND AMENDED IN BOOK 4989, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
