NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 18TH OF March, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-006837 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 6th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
