Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, in this cause, Plaintiff will sell the property situated in Pinellas County.
Unit No. 101-C, of Cordova Greens Condominium, Phase IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4330, Page 1447, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 119, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Also known as 8681 Bardmoor Blvd, #401, Largo, FL. 33777. Property Appraiser's Parcel Identification No. 24-30-15-18174-003-1013.
At public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash foreclosure sales will be conducted at an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., on August 19, 2013 by judicial order or final judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
