NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10002042CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR5 , is the Plaintiff and Thomas P. Stacey a/k/a Thomas Paul Stacey a/k/a Thomas Stacey, Virginia E. Stacey a/k/a Virginia Stacey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Freemont Investment & Loan, Spanish Pines (First Addition) Homeowners Association, Inc. f/k/a Spanish Pines Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America, United States of America, on behalf of The Administrator of the Small Business Administration, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 19th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
