NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2012, in Case No. 2010-00827-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which HSBC Bank USA, is Plaintiff, and Chris Escott, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 8, ANN PARK HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 100, said lands situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
