RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001972-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER M. MORANO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 29, BENT OAK PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 143, 144 and 145, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
