Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem dated July 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-034586-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHRIS BECK, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 148, BELLA VISTA AT TIVOLI WOODS, (A REPLAT), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 67-71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
