NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-007728 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 is the Plaintiff and LILIANA HERNANDEZ; MIGUEL A. HERNANDEZ; ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC; CLERK OF COURTS, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; COLLECTIONS RECOVERY GROUP, INC. AS ASSIGNEE OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CORPORATION DBA EXPANDED MORTGAGE CREDIT; PEPPER MILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA PEPPER MILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SUNTRUST BANK; GRACE A. MATOS; NOELLE M. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 13th day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 113, PEPPER MILL, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
