NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017344-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Willie E. Tillman; Earline Tillman; Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc.; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Schneider Securities, Inc. d/b/a Joint Venture - 35; Machol & Johannes, P.C. ; North Star Capital Acquisition LLC; Central Florida Investments, Inc. on behalf of Walnut Creek Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, WALNUT CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
