Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, GRACELAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1339 CROYLE DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 15, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
