NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 7, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-007330-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Richard T. Glaze, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 250 feet less the East 30 feet of Lot 13, ALVIN SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book V, Page 3, Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
