Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 65, BUILDING 33, VILLA GRANDE AT BURNT STORE ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3168, PAGE 2041 THROUGH 2122, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
