NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 002659, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ANTONIO PARRAZZO, DECEASED; VINCENT PARRAZZO A/K/A VINCENT A. PARRAZZO; DONNA SANCES A/K/A DONNA M. SANCES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DOCKSIDE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 8 day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-2, BUILDING C, PHASE II, OF DOCKSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 19-A THROUGH 19-D, AS AMENDED BY PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 68A THROUGH 68D, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED THE 3RD DAY OF APRIL 1987 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 913, PAGES 1250 THROUGH 1298, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED JANUARY 27, 1988 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 957, PAGES 1105 THROUGH 1112, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
