NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-004037 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA A. LEES; LAKE RIO TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 24 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
