NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 02, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-001697 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JANICE FLANAGAN; MARIE BIEDA; OAK HOLLOW PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
