NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09001938CA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCEITY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and ROSANNE L SCHENKS, ET AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of September, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 4688, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 79, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 43A TO 43J INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
