NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004334 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Nicholas M. McLaughlin, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 27, BLOCK 107, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 4547 31ST AVENUE SOUTHWEST, NAPLES, FL 34116-8223
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
