NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000958 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Patricia J. Seixas, Fieldstone Village Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for Secured Funding Corp., Wilshire Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 106, BUILDING 2, FIELDSTONE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1809, PAGES 1147 THROUGH 1235, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
