NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-004096, of the Circuit Court of the July 16, 2013 Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005-EMX3 is the Plaintiff, and wanda i. Santos; unknown spouse of wanda i santos; rafael santos; unknown spouse of rafael santos n/k/a dina santos; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., as nominee for; state of florida department of revenue; jane doe n/k/a cynthia meservey; john doe n/k/a daniel meservey are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112,on August 12, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 44, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 87, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
