NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-003341, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and RAFAEL A. CARDENAS A/K/A RAFAEL L. CARDENAS; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; REGIONS BANK A/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVE IGNATOWSKI; JANE DOE N/K/A MERCEDES IGNATOWSKI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11 :00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on August 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1180 OF ISLAND WALK, PHASE FIVE “B”, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 69 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
