NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2013, in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-009087, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES
2007-BC3. is the Plaintiff, and JUAN PONCE; MARGARITA PONCE, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11 :00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on August 12, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 196, UNIT 6, GOLDEN GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
