NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 27, 2008 in Civil Case No. 11-2007-CA-3197, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and CAROLINE COYKENDALL A/K/A CAROLINE A. EISCHEID A/K/A CAROLINE ADELE EISCHEID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLINE COYKENDALL A/K/A CAROLINE A. EISCHEID A/K/A CAROLINE ADELE EISCHEID IF ANY; DONALD E. EISCHEID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD E. EISCHEID IF ANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT NO 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
