NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Amended Final Judgment was awarded on July 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-001986, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY SPENCER; BARRY HURST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY SPENCER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARRY HURST; ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOEL MONEXIL; JANE DOE N/K/A VESELIME MONEXIL; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9-103, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1160 WILDWOOD LAKES BOULEVARD, UNIT 9-103, NAPLES, FL 34104
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
