Notice is given that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 12-2507-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and COLLIER POOL SERVICE, INC., RICHARD TURNER, LAURIE TURNER, GULFBREEZE POOL SERVICE, INC., RJTP, INC., and GUARDIAN POOL MAINTENANCE INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 15, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
COMMENCING AT THE WEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN NORTH 89Ëš 30' 40” EAST ALONG THE EAST WEST QUARTER LINE 283.82 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTER OF A 60 FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY (TAYLOR ROAD); THENCE RUN SOUTH 05° 09' 50” EAST 264.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG CENTERLINE OF SAID 60 FOOT ROAD 140 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN NORTH 89Ëš 31' 30” EAST 344.29 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN NORTH 00° 24' 46” WEST 139.54 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89Ëš 31' 30” WEST 355.88 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE WESTERLY 30 FEET FOR ROADYWAY .
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
