NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on August 12, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 10, ISLAND INDUSTRIAL PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1601, Pages 115 through 158, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances to the Unit, including the undivided share of common expenses reserved for each unit.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
