NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order and Final Judgment on Plaintiffs' Proceedings Supplementary to Execution dated May 31, 2013, and the Order Adopting Recommendation of General Magistrate dated May 31, 2013, in the above styled cause of action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third floor, LOBBY, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on AUGUST 12, 2013, the Property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
EXHIBIT A
Lot 11, Block B, Corinthian Gardens at World Tennis Center, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 58 through 62, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
