Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 28, OF BLOCK K, IN QUAIL WEST PHASE III, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 6 TO 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This has an address of 5877 Sunnyslope Drive, Naples, FL 34119
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12 day of August, 2013.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
