NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0028830001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.is Plaintiff and DANIEL D. KOPCHAK AKA DANIEL KOPCHAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL D. KOPCHAK AKA DANIEL KOPCHAK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 105, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 193, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
