NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-011026 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and PATRICK J. HOPPER, ET AL. the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 12 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 238, MONTEREY UNIT FIVE, IN ACCORDANCE AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 104 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
