Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 2012-CA-003456 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JO A. STAPLES; LAKEWOOD VILLAS V HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION II, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
