Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in 12 04280 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and REYNALDO LUIS; MIRALIA D. HERNANDEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RAY LUIS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 86, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
