NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2013 in Civil Case No. 112009CA0102830001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE BIANCHI-RABIL; PIONCIANA APARTMENTS, INC.; FADY RABIL FKA UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE BIANCHI-RABIL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KATHY SINGER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1, BUILDING NO. F, POINCIANA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 492, PAGES 289 THROUGH 332, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
