NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2013 in Civil Case No: 112008CA0083260001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL1 is the Plaintiff, and, LISETTE MENDEZ MARTINEZ; JOHN DOE; RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ GONZALEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 12 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 119, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
