YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Lot 17, block e, audubon country club unit two, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 21, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ANDREW S. PROVOST, ESQ. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
