NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-005785, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANGEL MADERA JR, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., MILAIDYS MADERA are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 92, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 84, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
