NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-ca-003583, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and ISMAEL H. VARGAS A/K/A ISMAEL HUGO VARGAS; DAL-TILE DISTRIBUTION, INC. F/K/A DAL-TILE SSC EAST, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO KEYS GRANITE, INC.; THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRUST HOLDINGS CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE UNDER AGREEMENT 8/28/06; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY;UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 14 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 17, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
