Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
THE GULFSTREAM HOUSE UNIT NO. 3, IN THE GULFSTREAM HOUSE APARTMENT BUILDING, OF SOUTHWINDS APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 368, AT PAGE 502, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 130 N. COLLIER BLVD G3, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on August 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
