notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001096 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Steven J. Miller a/k/a Steven Miller a/k/a Stephen J. Miller are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., on August 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, FLAMINGO ESTATES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
