NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 005665 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, f/k/a AH Mortgage Acquisition Co., Inc., is the Plaintiff and Andro R. Machado, a/k/a Andro Machado, Dailee Quesada, National City Bank, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 9, OF GOLDEN GATES ESTATES UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
