NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002868 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARGARITO MENDOZA; ESTELA ALTAMIRANO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CARSON LAKES SUBDIVISION HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A EUNICE SANCHEZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A GUADALUPE GONZALEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 19, CARSON LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 94 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3523 CARSON LAKES CIRCLE, IMMOKALEE, FL 34142
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
