Notice is hereby given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-1816, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MAYRA PEREZ, DIEGO PEREZ, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2 and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 254, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 7, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 135 THROUGH 146, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
