NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003614 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and REMERCILE ISME A/K/A RAMERCILE ISME, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 15 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 2, BLOCK 5, AVALON ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
