NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 41 2009 CA 002160 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and RACHEL ROSENTHAL; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOSEPH SMITH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: LOTS 25 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 24, IDLEWILD COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 127 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
