NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000455 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Douglas D. Ewing, Leah R. Ewing, Tenant #1 n/k/a Robert Ray, Tenant #2 n/k/a Peggy Cole, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, SECTION A, MARLITA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
