NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012798, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JAMES J. HARWOOD A/K/A JAMES J. HARWOOD, SR., A/K/A JAMES HARWOOD; TRACIE A. HARWOOD; FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, FAIRWAY AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASES II-A, III-B, AND III-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 174, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
