NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003150, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHARLES J. MCINTOSH; WATERFORD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; SHEILA J. MCINTOSH; JOSEPH M. PLUSKOTA; DONNA M PLUSKOTA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 207, WATERFORD, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY AT WATERFORD WAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1418 PAGE 3537, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 76 TO 80, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
