NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 15th day of August 2013, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 12, Block 13, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 74 through 85, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
