NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order ON Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-004492-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of August, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 73.8 FEET OF THE SOUTH 295.4 FEET OF THE WEST 95 FEET OF TRACT 47, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; SAID TRACT BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY WHICH APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 68, 69 AND 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID TRACT 47 BEING DEEMED TO EXCLUDE THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR ALTERNATE U.S. 19, AS CONSTRUCTED, IF ANY, LYING IN AND OVER THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF SAID TRACT 47, THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED BEING LOT 4 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SUBURBAN HOMESITES SUBDIVISION, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
