Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 27, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
