NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007726 ES/J4 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DAVID C. COOK A/K/A DAVID COOK, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, CITRUS TRACE II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 14 and 15 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
